A blind stamp is a colorless impression that is embossed without ink on to a print. It is a distinguishing mark of the artist, printer, the studio or the publisher. All are useful because they reveal who has been involved in the creation of the piece. Blind stamps are usually quite unobtrusive, although careful inspection may reveal quite a decorative image. They are occasionally seen on the covers and spines of books, especially older ones. Our blind stamp is the circular Nerve Curve logo. The number of a limited edition can be found within the embossed circle.
