In the unlikely event of an item arriving in anything less than perfect condition, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. Please retain both the item(s) and the original packaging in case our courier service needs to inspect them. We are not liable for any damage caused after you have taken delivery. If you are not 100% happy with your print for any other reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7-days of receiving the print, providing it is in the same condition as when it was delivered. Simply contact us with your order number and reason for wanting a refund. We will provide you with instructions for returning the print to us and issue a full refund, following receipt and inspection. In either of the above cases, please ensure that you contact our staff prior to returning the print, so that we can provide you with shipping instructions.
